Okay so I was 17, quite young, my feet get this extreme pain, and sometimes my hand. I wear sandals, shoes and a large number of units, but when I work, I always wear shoes in the structure and materials .. I feel like is in the bones, like my feet are made of glass or something. Especially when I put pressure on them from the side. The pain is everywhere. In the joints and at the top and arch, basically the entire foot. Sometimes, the pain is random. As I type this, I could feel my feet flat. I may already have this in the past four or five months. It got so bad, it hurts to walk. I was too young, most of the stuff .. any suggestions?

Recently, I have terrible foot pain. Not every day but they try to walk off the pain, but actually reduced the pain of my feet, ankles and heels. I stepped on the last Thursday of rock very hard, which makes my arch hurt like hell, but the pain went away the next day.
