Open Question: I have a very bad pain in my foot. Its the arch/bone that sticks out under my ankle.?

This happened before me, my right foot, and now my left, rather than the grave. This is a place in my football game last night, instant messaging can be sure I rolled it happened so fast. I cannot make any pressure, direct impact, but if I go outside of my feet was not so badly hurt slightly. It also hurt when I cancel my feet. It beat a little occasional swelling, but still not enough to notice.
