Open Question: High foot arch and muscle cramps in arch for no appernt reason?

My arch is very high, and never stopped. So it would not cause rupture of arch. But I have some time, I bent my foot or toes, I will get a pain (as well as swelling of the time i guess, because I arch region of a few small step dance). What causes it? And no one else how to do it? Anyway, there is a loss or prevent it?
