Open Question: Pain in foot after stretched?

So, last night, I cought in the arch of my foot cramp. My boyfriend told me straightin my legs and feet, he pressed down. This announcement cramps, everything is fine. This morning I woke up, my feet hurt bad department. It hurt my weight to the foot, when I wiggle my toes hurt the top and side of my foot. What happened and how to alleviate the pain? Cramps do not exist. It's just a pain, when I put it weight.
